This is the story of how I hacked the system, both literally and figuratively. During the day, I was the office siren who could file reports in 4-inch Louboutins. By night, I taught myself UX design through bloodshot eyes and 3 AM coffee stains. The pats on the head from my male superiors made me explode with rage. Every "fetch me coffee, sweetheart" was a new line of code I was able to master.

I remember the turning point clearly. The CEO's laptop crashed during the most important presentation of his career, and while IT had their meltdown, I simply walked over, and slipped into his chair. In 90 seconds (nails flying 💅), I sorted out the bug, and did a far better job presenting the data than he ever could. The room exploded. His face? Priceless.

And now? I'm the Human-Computer Interaction Designer that corporations are literally fighting to hire. The "Sexy Secretary" persona was instantly turned into my shield, my armor— I weaponized their stereotypes. My designs now dominate almost every Fortune 500 interface because I know what users really want...and it's so much more than a nuanced button or a slider. It's power. It's seduction. It's control. Just like I took back mine.
