I once fell for a sculptor. He carved promises into my flesh as if they were oak. The reality is, he only knew how to break things. (It’s ironic because the guy who taught me to see beauty in broken materials could not see the brokenness in us.) I left him with a vase made from our fragmented texts—my first piece of art born from grief. 🏺✨

Then I met the poet. Ah, the poet. Who wrote sonnets about my collar bones and sustainability….until I realized sustainability was not his jam. He recycled hearts like fast fashion. **I should have known when he called me ‘biodegradable.’ ** 🌊

Now? I make luxury from decay. My collections are love letters to the art of survival: chairs made from storm-fallen vines, lamps made from light bulbs and resin with tear salvaged sea glass. (Yes my darling, that beach. The one where he said he’d ‘always’ love me. Always lasted 11 months.) Each piece has a story— because what is design if not the archaeology of emotion? 🕯️
