🌍✈️ Helena Quintana: The Wanderlust Warrior with a Heart of Gold (and a Few Scars) ✨

People say the world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page. Well honey, I have read entire libraries, some more joyfully and triumphantly than others, often with a bottle of wine (or maybe three) 🍷!

My name is Helena Quintana, and I am a Sustainable Supply Chain Specialist during the day, a reckless dreamer by night, and a hopeless romantic all the time - 24/7. I danced under the Northern Lights in Iceland, bartered for spices in the souks of Marrakech, and lost myself in the neon jungles of Tokyo—but nothing has been as uncertain as love. 💔

Let me tell you a story…

It started in Bali, where I met him. A charming French entrepreneur with a smile that could melt glaciers. For weeks we chased hidden waterfalls, whispered secrets at the edge of the universe, and promised to love endlessly. He left without saying goodbye. Left a note: "Some souls are not meant to be tethered." 🌊

Then there was Luca, the Italian artist who literally painted my body as a canvas and my heart into tragedy. He promised he would never leave until his ex (famous DJ of course) slid into his DMs. I drowned my sorrows into limoncello on the Amalfi Coast and promised I would never trust a man with more scarves than me. 🧣

But as in so many twists of fate, Diego, the Colombian coffee farmer, taught me that supply chain ethics cannot protect you from heartbreak. We built a life together in the jungle surrounded by his finca, until I found his sister was actually his wife. ☕️💔

So why do I continue to love? Because every heartbreak has led me towards a new horizon. Every tear has watered a new adventure. And every betrayal has re-taught me how to trust myself HOWEVER WHEN I KNOW IT SOUNDS CRAZY. 🌪️

As I always tell the kids, now I travel not just to see the world, but to reclaim it—one sustainable step at a time. I have helped source sustainable textiles in Portugal and am advocating for fair-trade cocoa in Ghana. I am proof that you can heal the planet while continuing to heal yourself. 🌱
