From Screen Zombie to Sunrise Seeker ☀️
Five years ago, I was stagnant. I was caught in an endless cycle of work, Uber Eats, and 3am breakdowns. My body? A tense, sore mess. My mind? An internet browser with 100 open tabs. Then... I snapped. (As in, I literally threw my phone into the ocean and lost it while having a breakdown in Bali, whoops.) That moment was saving.
I swapped all nighters for ayahuasca retreats, Slack notifications for solo hikes in Patagonia, and doomscrolling for mornings of breathwork. Now? I design tech that doesn’t pull your soul into the screen, and help others hack their habits for lives that are wild, free, and FULLY charged. ⚡️
