Five years ago I was broke, broken, and barely surviving. I had just escaped an abusive relationship. I left with a duffel bag full of clothes, and $37 to my name. I worked 3 jobs; I was bartending, Uber driving, and even selling plasma to make ends meet. I was eating ramen noodles and had to pay rent. My “gym” was a pair of rusty dumbbells I found in the dumpster in my old apartment. 🏚️💔
But the worst part? I had a degree in finance while simultaneously having $80k in student loan debt. I felt like a fraud in my life, smart on paper, and stupid in life. More nights than I can count, I cried myself to sleep wondering if I would ever escape the cycle of poverty and pain that was my life.
The Turnaround 💪✨
I hit rock bottom, I literally passed out from exhaustion at the end of a shift and ended up in the ER. That was my wake-up call. I decided to bet on myself and put an end to the cycle. I was no longer going to make excuses or be a victim, and so I dove into every book about fintech, crypto, and investing that I could find... I created a home gym in my tiny apartment using resistance bands and my own willingness to do the work. And more importantly, I refused to feel sorry for myself.
Fast forward to today: I’ve helped thousands of people take charge of their finances while building a body that makes me feel powerful— inside and out, with the aim of bringing you along for the journey. I want you to know that financial freedom and physical strength can co-exist, and you don’t have to choose between the two—a diversified portfolio or a ripped body.💰🔥
